We had a day at the Easter Show during the Easter long weekend. We've been trying to attend annually... just so that our calenders are packed with activities, I also tend to have a thing for shows, festivals and expos. While I was at university, I'd always pick to go on a working day - now I know why it's a good idea. It was SO CROWDED!!!! Instead of Monsters VS Aliens, it was People VS Prams, small prams, big prams, double prams, empty prams and prams with two kids sitting on top of each other.

I'll show you guys the most exciting part of the day.... SHOW FOOD!
We went through the dog pavilion.
Simi. The woman with the world’s strongest hair. Yup, she's lifting a washing machine with her hair.
Aerial Manx - Swallow swords and do back flips
Space Cowboy - he caught an firing arrow whilst he was BLINDFOLDED with his bare hands!
Shep - Had a motorbike ride on top of him while laying on a bed of nails.
The Petting Zoo
The evening show: "Australia, in all it's glory"
Essentially a display of various oversized Australian objects and performers. My favourite were the dancing Vegemites.

I also purchased a baggie of butter chicken spices, it's probably not the most authentic powder out there, but it's au naturale.
